Hard 24-hour cloud file deadline
Uploaded PDF, JPG and PNG source files and prepared print files are stored privately while the job is validated and prepared. They are permanently removed from Spoolvia upload storage within 24 hours of upload.
Secure document printing
Assignments, forms, IDs, resumes and business documents can all be sensitive. Spoolvia uses a structured QR upload and controlled print-release workflow so temporary files, payment state, account boundaries and uncertain physical output are handled as separate safety concerns.
File lifecycle
Spoolvia is designed as an alternative to leaving customer documents in a personal chat thread, email inbox or removable drive. The file exists only for the print workflow and its bounded cleanup lifecycle.

The paired Agent downloads the prepared PDF only to submit the job to the installed printer. It removes the working file when the job completes, fails or becomes uncertain and also clears retained working files through its cleanup lifecycle.
An online print job is not released merely because a browser reports that checkout finished. Spoolvia records and verifies the payment state required before the job becomes eligible for printing.
Razorpay provides the payment-entry interface. Spoolvia stores provider identifiers and payment or refund state needed for verification; card details entered into Razorpay Checkout are not stored by Spoolvia.
Merchant and platform access is provisioned before sign-in. Workspace users authenticate through Supabase, while Spoolvia stores the role and audit information required to enforce shop and administrative boundaries.
If the system cannot prove whether a printer already accepted a job, automatic retries stop. The shop reviews the uncertain state instead of risking duplicate pages because of a network or acknowledgement ambiguity.
Customer data
A customer can provide optional identifying details for shop reference or pickup. If the customer asks for a deletion confirmation email, that address is used for the deletion message and then removed from the notification queue after the message is sent.
