Customer print jobs
When you submit a print job, Spoolvia processes the document you choose, the print settings you request and the shop needed to fulfil the job. Your name and phone number are optional and are used only for shop reference or counter pickup when you provide them.
Hard 24-hour file deadline
Uploaded PDF, JPG and PNG files are stored privately while Spoolvia validates and prepares the print job. Cloud retention is capped at 23 hours and cleanup runs repeatedly, so a print or manual-review state does not extend the public promise: every uploaded source and prepared print file is permanently removed from Spoolvia upload storage within 24 hours of upload.
Shop computer working copy
The paired Spoolvia Agent temporarily downloads the prepared PDF to the shop computer to submit it to the installed printer. The Agent removes that local working file when the job completes, fails or becomes uncertain, clears leftover terminal files when it starts, and while running also purges any retained working file that reaches 23 hours. If the shop computer is powered off, local cleanup resumes when the Agent next starts.
Optional deletion email
If you select “Email me when my uploaded file is deleted,” the email field opens and Spoolvia uses that address only to send the deletion confirmation. After the message is sent, the address is removed from the notification queue. Leaving the checkbox clear means no deletion email is collected or sent.
Aadhaar and other ID jobs
ID printing is treated as a sensitive-document workflow. Spoolvia requires a two-page PDF, composes front and back into the prepared A4 print file, does not use the document for identity verification or profiling, and applies the same private-storage and hard deletion deadline as every other customer print file.
Payments
Online checkout is provided through Razorpay. Razorpay handles the payment-entry interface. Spoolvia records the provider identifiers and payment or refund status needed to verify payment before releasing a print job; card details entered into Razorpay Checkout are not stored by Spoolvia.
Merchant provisioning
Spoolvia is currently invitation only. Shop-owner workspaces are created and approved through controlled platform administration. Merchant records contain the shop and account details needed to provision the workspace, manage shop locations and support the service.
Signed-in shop access
Merchant and platform users authenticate through Supabase. Spoolvia stores the account, role and audit information required to control access and record administrative actions. Essential session cookies may be used on signed-in surfaces.
Print Agent data
The Spoolvia Agent reports the paired shop location, printer capabilities, availability and job state required to route printing safely. Agent credentials are used to authenticate the paired device and are not exposed through the public customer flow.
