The Agent is designed to use an installed, compatible printer on an approved Windows or macOS shop computer. Your actual printer and available settings are checked before activation.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. Customers scan the shop QR and use the phone browser to upload the PDF and choose the print settings your shop offers.

Temporary by design
Cloud files are deleted within 24 hours.
Customer files are used only to prepare and send the print job. Access is controlled, and the cloud copy has a 24-hour deletion deadline.
