Use the readiness and recovery signals already built into Spoolvia to diagnose offline Agents, unavailable printer combinations, payment blocks and uncertain physical output.
A print option disappeared
The selected paper, colour or duplex combination must be supported by a fresh online printer and have an active merchant price. Fix capability or pricing instead of forcing the job.
Output is uncertain
Do not automatically reprint a job in outcome-unknown or manual-review state. Use the recovery evidence in Shop and confirm the physical printer result before taking any reprint action.
